
About Me
The heart of Wild Rose Wellness is me, Becky Wild. I live in SE London after a life spent travelling and living across the world. I was a regular in the kitchen from early childhood, cooking alongside my Mum and always learning from her unfailing expression of love through family meals and creation of events around food. After following a soul-quest towards learning the art and science of yoga, my passion for food and cooking became one of feeding and cooking for the soul and the body as its temple. As I re-learned the art and science of food as a language of love for oneself and others, I built my proficiency in cooking specialist plant-based, raw, refined sugar-free, gluten-free dishes so that there felt to be no compromise on the contentment of eating, the deliciousness of food and the detrimental impact on the body and planet. I began The Wild Rose Kitchen in Johannesburg, South Africa, cooking for private clients and running a market stall filled with breakfasts, lunches, cakes and other goodies. I went on to run Kiddy Cook SE London, running workshops and classes in schools and privately across the region, building a love of working with children, bringing wholesome cooking and techniques to them and their families, whilst further developing my food affair. The Wild Rose Kitchen was reborn in 2019 with a webshop selling vegan, raw chocolate treats. I trained in Raw Chocolate making with the Aurea Culinary Arts School in Barcelona and developed a number of ranges of chocolates and Bliss Balls, selling to shops and cafes across the country, as well as through an online shop. Today I continue to run yoga and mindfulness classes, private chef upon request, run cooking classes and sell raw chocolates through word of mouth and special request. I still believe in chocolate for breakfast.
